We have exhibited the shadow!

In the Reial Cercle Artístic there is exhibited the work of Richard Hambleton aka Shadowman. a pioneer of urban art who inhabited the streets of New York City in the 80s.

There will also be the screening of the Shadowman movie at 19:30h on the 16th of December at the Reial Cercle Artistic. We invite you to come and see it before the artwork returns to the shadows!

 

What’s on?

The program for the last two weeks is no less, we have a variety of events, which you can check on the website as well as the opening hours and addresses of the spaces. Artesania Catalunya, Reial Cercle Artístic, Villa del Arte Galleries, Borsí, Sala Perill and the Drap-Art space. Plus, you will find other useful information to keep up to date with the festival.

 

We continue with the workshops presented by the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Barcelona every Thursday. To conclude this stage of artistic exploration, on December 17 we offer an Art and Science Forum at the Museum of History of Barcelona and the intervention Cadriem, in Plaça del Rei, a collaborative project of first-year students, which will remain on display from December 16 to 18.

 

Entry is free and everyone is welcome! The Forum begins at 10 am and finishes at 8 pm

In the Sala Perill are exhibited the works of the artists from the Balearic Islands, who bring us a piece of paradise at C/ Avinyó 46, second door of the main floor (pral. 2a). On December 18 Laura Marte will present her work to the public.

 

We are preparing the festival archive, for now you can see the opening video by Jeremie Delaveau and Jordi Prat Pons creating live in the program Tot es mou of TV3 (2:08:00h).

 

We remind you that until December 19 we will also be in Sitges in the Can Falç de Mar cultural space with the Sitges ReciclArt exhibition. If you want to disconnect from the city, we recommend spending the day in Sitges and going to eat at the yacht club on the sea and under the sun.
